Unstress: 21 days of meditation gives your mind and body the chance to disconnect from the craziness for a few minutes and come back refreshed, recharged, and refocused. Each day for 21 days you’ll do a unique meditation that’s about 10 minutes long (proven to be the ideal length, especially for beginners) .

We need to start moving more! Each day you will post a screenshot or picture of the number of steps that you took in a day. This be from your phone, Fitbit, pedometer, or other tracking devices. We will set personal daily step goals; some days we'll achieve it some days we won't. The days we don't make it we'll learn how to strategize, create a daily plan for movement time and type, and establish consistent healthy habits that will carry us through life's constant changes.
