The activities are cumulative so by the end of the 12 days you will be doing at least 12 things in a day that contribute positively to your health and well-being. You can choose to be part of a private Facebook group for additional accountability, behavior change coaching and support. The group provides more opportunity for sharing, reflection, encouragement and peer support throughout the 12 days.
